The Godess stand on top of the Victory Column and commemorates the victory of the Prussians over the Danes, the Austrians and the French. Notice the golden guns incrusted vertically around the Column and taken out from the French troops after the battle. The Victory Column is located half way on the 17th June street Berlin's longest thoroughfare, the East-West axis on wich Hitler once presided a giant parade staged in honor of his 50th birthday
